Girls project

 

 

   

In 2010 we introduced computerlessions to underpriviliged marketgirls.

This can support these young women to prepare for their professional future. Joop Renkers, a friend of Saskia from the Netherlands prepared and teached the children basic computerskills in 2010.

Misti Day, volunteer from Texas, teached to a girlsgroup for five months. She teached computer classes, lessons in recycling old chipsbags to wallets, earrings and hair pins. Moreover, she is guided a woodworking course in the carpentry workshop.

Plan for the future is that we, together with the girls, could start production with a small shop in the workplace.
Goal is to have girls earn money to finance a study with income from the shop !
